Although discs are usually very standardized in terms of dimensions, sometimes labels are not one size fits all due to the varying size of the center hole.
Center holes in discs can be 17, 22, or 40mm. Labels are generally flush with the disc’s outer rim as well as the boundary of the center hole.
A full size CD or DVD label generally measures 4.65” in diameter.

Business card and Mini CDs and DVDs also have 17, 22, and 40mm center holes but their diameter dimensions are less uniform.

A mini CD or DVD (regardless of center hole size) will have a label with a diameter of 3.0625”
A business card CD or DVD measuring 61mm in diameter with a 22mm center hole will measure approximately 2.32” between flat edges and 3.08” between rounded edges.
A 61mm business card with a 17mm center hole will measure approximately 2.3228” between flat edges and 3.0712” between rounded edges.
A 63mm business card disc label with a 17mm center hole will measure approximately 2.406” between flat edges and 3.0165” between rounded edges.
Rectangular styled business card discs do not have to bother with rounded edges and with a 22mm center hole, they will measure 61mm by 87mm.
